Every year, students throughout Palm Beach County are recognized through our Character Counts program for demonstrating kindness, responsibility, respect, perseverance, and other positive character traits. This past Sunday we had our annual Christmas Giveaway where we gave out 1,700 bicycles and helmets to children in Palm Beach County. We also had some great entertainment from The Palm Beach Opera that dazzled the kids before our doors opened at 9am. Thank you to all our volunteers and donors that made this possible! On Dec. 15 Jack the Bike Man, Inc. will celebrate 11 years as a non-profit organization with a benefit evening at a private Club on Palm Beach. There will be cocktails, followed by the internationally famous Sailfish Club seafood buffet dinner with live music and dancing.
