Every year, students throughout Palm Beach County are recognized through our Character Counts program for demonstrating kindness, responsibility, respect, perseverance, and other positive character traits.

Usually, we’re able to celebrate each student with a complete bicycle package. This year, we have a problem—we don’t have enough donated children’s bicycles.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 by September 15 to help provide 100 complete bicycle packages so every student recognized this fall and winter receives the celebration they’ve earned.

Each bicycle package includes:

  • A new bicycle
  • Helmet
  • Lock
  • Safety inspection
  • Proper bike fitting
  • Bicycle safety education

For many students, receiving a bicycle is more than a reward. It’s a reminder that their choices matter and that their community sees them.
