Can you drop off the bike?

Holiday note: We’re pausing pickups until after the New Year so we can prep drop-off bikes for our holiday giveaways. Drop-offs at our shop are welcome and make the fastest impact, thank you!

If you are able to drop off your used or unwanted bike, please come by our shop any time we are open. We very much appreciate and thank you for bringing the bike to us as it saves us time and money to pick it up.

Need us to pick it up?

Thank you for considering Jack the Bike Man for your bike donation! To help us ensure your donation supports our mission, please note the following before requesting a pickup:

• We gladly accept bikes that are in good condition or require only minor repairs. These bikes help us continue to provide refurbished bicycles to those in need.
• If your bike is rusted or beyond repair, it may unfortunately not be suitable for our programs, as we cannot refurbish or recycle heavily damaged bikes effectively. Please consider recycling such items through your local waste management program.

Pick-Up Details:

• Please fill out the form below to request a pickup. We will contact you at least 48 hours in advance before scheduling.
• ** We consolidate pickups in specific areas to make the best use of our resources. As such, pickups may take up to a month or more. We appreciate your patience and understanding. **

Suggested Donation:
To help us cover transportation and processing costs, we kindly suggest a donation of $10-$20 for bike pickups. Your contribution directly supports our programs and ensures we can continue helping our community.
