Every year, students throughout Palm Beach County are recognized through our Character Counts program for demonstrating kindness, responsibility, respect, perseverance, and other positive character traits. Usually, we’re able to celebrate each student with a complete bicycle package. This year, we have a problem—we don’t have enough donated children’s bicycles.
